Servicing the South Peninsula and
South Bay Area, ELCA provides ABA Therapy for children on the
Autistic Spectrum. Therapists and Supervisors work in structured
one on one sessions as well as in a team setting to provide and
implement intensive ABA therapy-based programs that use a variety
of appropriate methodological approaches.

ABA Program Behavior Therapist
Position involves, but is not limited to, implementing the child's program as prescribed by the Consultants with a clear understanding of the goals of the program, participating in clinic meetings, and data keeping.
- Positions may be part-time or full-time, depending on the current needs of the company.
- Applicants must possess or be working toward a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
- Experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Salary based on experience/qualifications/education.
ABA Program Sr. Therapist
Position involves, but is not limited to, implementing the child's program as prescribed by the Consultants with a clear understanding of the goals of the program, participating in clinic meetings and contributing appropriately to the meetings, assisting the Supervisor with data books for each client and ensuring data is updated and accurate, data keeping, and introducing and probing new activities under the guidance and supervision of the Supervisor and Consultant.
- Both part-time and full-time positons are available.
- Applicants must possess or be working toward a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
- Applicants MUST have experience with ABA Therapy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Salary based on experience/qualifications/education.
ABA Program Supervisor
Position involves, but is not limited to, implementing the child's program as prescribed by the Consultants with a clear understanding of the goals of the program, preparing for and providing input at clinic meetings, assisting in staff and parent training, as well as assisting in assessments.
- Positions may be part-time or full-time, depending on the current needs of the company.
- Applicants MUST POSSESS a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
- Applicants MUST have experience with ABA Therapy.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Salary based on experience/qualifications/education.
