Our Behavioral therapists and supervisors work in structured one on one sessions, school settings, and small group settings to provide and implement intensive behaviorally based programs that incorporate a variety of methodological approaches.

ABA PROGRAM BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants must possess or be working toward a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
  • Experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Hourly rate based on experience/qualifications/education.

The Behavioral therapist position involves implementing the child’s program as prescribed by the consultants with a clear understanding of the goals of the program according to the IEP/IFSP. Behavioral therapists may be asked to work with children in home, school, clinic or community settings. Behavioral therapists are expected to participate in team meetings and communicate with the team. Accurate data collection in both qualitative and quantitative measures in essential to this position.

ABA PROGRAM SENIOR THERAPIST

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Applicants MUST POSSESS a Bachelors degree in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, or a related field.
  • Applicants MUST have at least 3 years of experience with ABA therapy.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Hourly rate based on experience/qualifications/education.

The supervisor position involves implementing the child’s program as prescribed by the consultants with a clear understanding of the goals of the program according to the IEP/IFSP. Supervisors prepare for and provide input and updates at clinic meetings, assist in staff and parent training, and assisting in assessments. Supervisors track data and ensure data is accurate. Supervisors introduce and probe new activities under the guidance of the consultant. They demonstrate initiative, creativity, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
